Does the thought of your girlfriends past make you feel sick? I can remember finding out things about my girlfriends past relationships and sexual encounters that made me feel so sick that it made me have to go into the bathroom and throw up everywhere. Needless to say… this was not a very enjoyable time in my life. However, I am happy to report that I no longer feel this way and can actually think about these same thoughts that made me feel sick and they don’t bother me anymore. So if I was able to fix it… you can too! For those of you new to the channel my name is Matt and in this video I am going to be sharing with YOU how you can overcome these feelings of sickness and disgust while thinking of your girlfriends past. Now there are a lot of strategies and different things you can do, but I narrowed it down to 3 things that I believe are some of the most important and cut out all the BS in the middle. So please set aside some time and watch this video because by the time you are finished with it and I really think you’ll gain a true value and understanding of what exactly you need to start doing today to overcome these nasty intrusive thoughts and you can go back to enjoying every single moment with your girlfriend without ever having to worry about these disturbing thoughts coming up and ruining your day! So lets get started!I can remember finding out things about my girlfriends past that made me feel so sick that I went into the bathroom and threw up. Specifically in a previous relationship from around 6 years ago… I found out about a year into the relationship that she had hooked up with a guy that I worked with… and I found this guy to be extremely repulsive. Just his behaviors and the way he talked about women was really not appropriate.. he thought he was ALL THAT and could say and do whatever he wanted. so the fact that she had sex with him totally and completely made me feel sick and disgusted. How could she possibly do this? With him of all people? It could have been anybody else! Why him?? Even though she explained to me a million times that it was a mistake.. she was in a very low point in her life.. he lied to her and made her think they were getting into a relationship. No matter what she said.. I didn’t care. I was sick with that thought.. disgusted with that thought. Eventually I forgave her but I definitely did not forget. The guy had such a common name too. His name was Joe. So literally every time I heard the name Joe anywhere it would trigger a painful emotion side of me. I even remember I had an mlb baseball game for my xbox that I liked to play and one of the players on the game had the same last name as this joe guy… so everytime this guy came up to bat they announced his name and I would hear it and it would set me off into a whirlwind of disgust emotions. Finally I just deleted the person from the game so I wouldn’t have to hear his name anymore haha. I tell you these stories guys and put myself out there to show you that you aren’t alone in this. Thousands if not millions of people suffer from this stuff. Retroactive jealousy or having these intrusive thoughts of your partners past can sometimes feel like you are all alone and by yourself in this fight but I can promise you.. you are not. And I’m also here to tell you that this can be fixed. This condition can be overcome… I have done it! And my case was extremely severe. AS I said… I would throw up, contemplate suicide… a lot of very scary things… but I found my way out and am totally free of the clutches of these thoughts so YOU can be too........
