In a world full of secretive plots and hidden foes, Jack Quinn, an expert in counterterrorism, faces a critical challenge. He fails to capture his longtime target, Stavros, during what was meant to be his final mission. Instead of achieving closure, he's pushed into the covert world of the colony, a hidden haven for assassins believed to be dead.

Determined to regain control and find justice, Quinn escapes the colony's hold. He sets out on a dangerous quest for redemption. Seeking out Yaz, a famous arms dealer, Quinn gathers the resources he needs for his ultimate battle with Stavros.
