Nothing but a Sugar Mama

The plaintiff met the defendant at work. While the defendant was on break from his girlfriend, the plaintiff claims she and the defendant started dating, but the plaintiff soon broke up with him. The plaintiff claims the defendant rented a car under her name and got the car taken away, so she is suing. The defendant insists he and the plaintiff never actually dated and that the plaintiff was nothing more than a sugar mama.
